Welcome to No. 4 Seaview, Sheringham - A cherished family retreat by the sea – now yours to enjoy!After over 20 years of family holidays spent along this very road, it’s a dream come true for us to now own No. 4 Seaview – and we’re honoured to share it with you.
This spacious, three-storey mid-terrace townhouse is ideally located just 130 yards from Sheringham’s award-winning beach and promenade. With sea views, generous living space, and room for multi-generational families, it’s the perfect base to explore the best of North Norfolk’s coast and countryside.
The house features a bright and cosy sitting room with log burning stove, a sea-facing conservatory with large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. This property sleeps 13, with 5 bedrooms spread over the first and second floor.
- First bedroom- 2 sets of bunk beds (Sleeps 4)
- Second bedroom- King size bed with Seaview
- Third bedroom- 2 x single beds with Seaview
- Fourth bedroom (top floor)- Double bed with Seaview
- Fifth bedroom (top floor)- King size bed and single bed with Seaview
The 4 Seaview rooms include a wash basin. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor seating on the terrace makes the most of the coastal setting.
Dog-friendly (up to two small/medium well behaved dogs) and family-ready, the property includes stair gates, a travel cot (please bring own sheet and bedding), high chair, private parking for two cars, and step-free access via the nearby public car park. We do charge an additional fee of £20 per dog, per stay.
Sheringham’s cafes, shops, and train station are all within walking distance, making No. 4 Seaview a fantastic getaway for families, walkers, and beach lovers alike.

Step out of the door and you’re just minutes from the town centre, Sheringham’s beach and promenade, local shops, cafés, and traditional amusements. Wander a little further and you’ll find clifftop golf, serene woodland walks, and the North Norfolk Railway steam trains.
Golf holidays: The property is is close to Sheringham Golf club (with the town) Links Country Park Golf Club (2 miles) The Royal Cromer Golf club (5 miles), Mundesley Golf club (10 miles), Royal West Norfolk Golf Club (20 miles) and Hunstanton Golf Club (30 miles).
Perfectly placed for exploring the best of the North Norfolk coast, No. 4 Seaview is within easy reach of Cromer, Holt, Wells-next-the-Sea, and the wild salt marshes of Blakeney.

80th birthday family celebration
By Amelia Hiscocks on 22-Jul-2026From the moment I saw the owners story of house and that no 4 had been their holiday home for many years and finally become theirs after buying the property, I knew this was the perfect place for our family celebration The house was fully equipped with everything that you would ever need. When we arrived the owners had left a birthday card flowers bottle of bubbles, biscuits and sweets they had covered everything a multi generational family. Shop were close and there were so many fantastic eating places if needed. However we used the bbq each evening and enjoyed all being together on the beautiful deck enjoying the view good food and family . There was 13 of us and there was enough space for everyone. The weather was fantastic so fun in the sea every morning and evening . No 4 felt like home from home and made our family celebration even better thank you so much. We will be back.🥰🌞🌞🌞🎂🍾

Amazing setting
By Amanda on 26-Apr-2026This is an amazing setting which gave us the relaxing holiday we all craved for. We spent all of our day time in the conservatory watching the changing sea and sky. You have thought of everything we might need to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Recommend a trip to cookies crab shack at Salthouse ,tasty food + great value for money and views. This is our 2nd visit and we are sure we will be back again. Thank you
Dreamy view

The view is dreamy I could sit all day watching the sea ,alas we has 4.5 year old max , 2.5 year old miles & 2 year old Frankie to keep us busy. They loved their time at the beach , in the water + playing with the sand. We've tried lots of the food recs which where delicious sherringham is bustling and offers so much, it has been an easy week & a chance to switch off and catch up with friends. The kids also loved the shire horse sanctuary & we loved the local pubs! Thanks for a great holiday.
