Lerici is an elegant and spacious ground floor apartment, in a sought after area of Sheringham, just 550 metres from the beach, the town centre or the Poppy Line Steam Railway and ideally located for Sheringham Golf Club or cliff-top walks towards Weybourne.
It is owned by Gino and Marcia and is named after a special place in Italy, close to their hearts.
The apartment consists of the whole ground floor of a beautiful Edwardian seaside villa, and still echoes its past, with high ceilings and large rooms. This gives the property a lovely feeling of space and light. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom being at the front with a large bay window, which floods the room with light. A beautifully elegant and restful room. It has an ensuite shower room and large mirrored wardrobes. The twin bedroom is to the rear, and again is spacious with high ceilings. The sitting room is comfortable with a gas coal effect fire and plenty of seating.
The apartment is centrally heated throughout, and all on one level.

Sheringham is one of those timeless places you come back to year after year. Apart from the award winning Blue Flag beach, the town is home to many independent shops, galleries and restaurants, not to mention the fabulous fish and chips!
Sheringham is home to the Poppy Line, The North Norfolk Steam Railway, and this is the jewel in Sheringham’s crown. This attraction, run by volunteers is the focal point for many events over the year, including the famous 1940s weekend held in September. There is something going on in Sheringham all year round run by a dedicated Carnival Committee.
Sheringham Carnival held in August is a real treat for all the family, with tradition at its core. So much more than just the seaside.
Just a two minute walk from Lerici is the Victorian boating lake which is a huge favourite with so many people.
