Well equipped cottage
By Nathan on 11-Jul-2026What a great find for us. First of all I'd like to commend Rachel for such a well equipped property, there was everything you'd need. We normally get a cottage kitchen with a blunt knife and a minimal cooking equipment, so if you want to cook at home you can't. We had something for every eventuality. The stable is perfectly placed in a peaceful spot with lovely views and sounds of wildlife including oyster catchers and many other birds. I can recommend going for a walk down the river as it's beautiful and peaceful. This was our first visit to Northumberland and will need a few trips more to see and do everything available.
