Description
Button Cottage brand new -farm buildings conversion 2016, oldest part of cottage date back 1850's, you can see the walls are 2ft thick! Its a little gem of a place to stay with your loved one, real log burning stove, Curved 32" TV, open plan kitchen/ lounge with high vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. Comfy lounge with 2 seater velvet sofa, armchair and a log burning stoveThe kitchen has all the things you need to have a great time, including small breakfast bar and dining table with 2 chairs.
Bedroom has king sized 5ft bed, vaulted ceilings with wooden beams, 40" TV and beautiful ensuite bathroom with stone double ended slipper bath, wet room style shower, Italian pebble stone wash hand basin, underfloor heating and to top this off a fantastic chandelier! Watch the TV in the bath!
Outside is a small courtyard with nice plants, seating and BBQ. At the front is an New England Style veranda where you can sit (South Facing) having a glass of wine relaxing after your lovely beach

charming cottge
By David B on 17-Jul-2026lovely cottage with all the amenities you could thing of, dish washer, washing machine etc, more than I have at home,the bed is superb so comfy, the enclosed shower is wonderful. the kitchen as all the amenities you would need to cook if you want to,you are within reach of the local beach ten minute walk, the cottage is located near lots of local dining places, or if you want to go further there are lots of places to in the area, I was very pleased when I stayed in the cottage I have no problem in recommending the cottage to any one.
Relaxing and comfortable stay within walking distance to Beadnell beach
By Lynn on 07-Jul-2026Button Cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The seating area at the front of the cottage is a little haven for reading your book or enjoying a drink. The cottage is very well equipped and clean. The cottage location was perfect away as it’s away from any roads, 5 minute walk to the pub and coffee shops and 10 minutes walk to the stunning Beadnell Bay. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect luxury in the heart of a pretty village
By Anne Thornton on 04-Jul-2026Cute as a button, luxuriously appointed and bigger than it looks, Button Cottage was a perfect bolthole by the sea for our Northumberland holiday. The cottage has been renovated with style and charm, and has a wonderfully comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and extremely well-equipped kitchen. Beadnell is a dear flower-filled village, with scenic coastal walks, a huge sandy bay and a useful village shop. Tracy was a fantastically helpful and responsive host. We would return in a heartbeat.
Beautiful and cosy stay
By Shell on 19-Jun-2026Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights. It's not only in a fab location for walking down to the beach but it's absolutely gorgeous. It feels super homely, all decorated really nicely. Bed super comfy, nice and clean. We absolutely cannot wait to come back here again, and have both said how cosy it will be in winter too. Could not fault this place at all. Owner super accommodating when I asked for early arrival and late departure. I really cant recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed.
A lovely place to stay

It is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a very enjoyable week. It was clean and extremely well presented. Can highly recommend to both couples and solo travellers. Great to have parking right outside too.
