Description
Downstairs the hub of the house is the kitchen-diner with an adjoining utility room with washing machine, fridge-freezer and ample space for coats and boots. A comfortable lounge with open fire and a downstairs w.c. complete the picture.The first floor has three bedrooms :- a master with ensuite shower room and superking bed, a second twin bedroom (by prior arrangement beds can be linked to make another superking double) and a large twin room. By prior arrangement only a single bed put-u-up is available for a child at no extra cost. There is a bathroom with wc and overhead shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor with another cloakroom and two bedrooms. One double bedded room and one single. There is a cot on the landing. A stairgate can be fitted at the top of the stairs.
Outside, the lawned garden holds seating for up to ten. In the garden there is a washing line and there is a gate out to the front garden flower bed.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Owners must agree to the dog ettiquette.
Children welcome: cot, stairgate and high chair provided: childrens' books on the landing.
