Description
Hillcrest Cottage is a beautiful new luxury self-catering holiday cottage sleeping 4 set in the heart of the Suffolk Heritage Coast region.It incorporates stunning double height living areas and a fully glazed gable end overlooking outstanding open countryside views.
On arrival all guests receive a welcome pack containing wine, homemade biscuits, homemade jam, homemade bread, homemade chocolate biscuit cake, eggs from my hens when laying, orange juice and fresh flowers.
There is a fully enclosed, private, dog friendly garden for exclusive use of the cottage guests.
The garden has a good sized grass area for pets to enjoy.
Pets are welcome free of charge.
A lovely private garden with comfortable patio furniture can be accessed through large sliding doors allowing seamless inside and outside living.
There is a full sized table tennis table for guest use, bats and balls are provided.
The 2 double bedrooms both have luxury en-suites worthy of a boutique hotel, one double walk in shower and one free-standing bath with waterfall tap.
The kitchen is large and equipped to a high standard with a full range of cooking equipment for guests to use. It has a Neff oven, microwave with built in grill, electric hob, full height fridge freezer, full sized dishwasher and ample worktop space.
There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen area from which you can enjoy the garden views and a dining table for family meals.
Hillcrest has a washer dryer in the utility area for guests to use.
There is also a cloakroom for any visitors so no need to access the bedroom facilities.
The living area has a 50" Smart TV from which you can access streaming services and all free sat channels. It also has a DVD player.
There are 2 large sofas both of which can be flexibly used as double sofa beds. Please ask if extra linen is required, this can be provided for a small charge.
Underfloor heating throughout the cottage makes it a cosy all year round ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
The enormous percentage of returning guests is a testament to the quality of this cottage.

We so appreciated Julia's warm welcome to this lovely house and beautiful surroundings together with watching the antics of the bantams! The welcome pack was so generous and delicious, thank you. The chocolate cake and ginger biscuits were such a bonus on the top of everything else discovered on the table, fridge and bread keeper. There are so many details Julia has included in Hillcrest which have made our stay so relaxing, comfortable, happy and not wanting for anything. We have been so fortunate in having wall to wall daily sunshine so that our visits to villages, towns and the coast have left us with many memories. A wonderfully happy and relaxing few days which have left our batteries recharged.
