A comfortable king-size bed gives you a restful place to retreat after a day exploring Arundel, walking the South Downs or enjoying one of the major events at nearby Goodwood. A third adult guest (or two small children) can also enjoy a double sofa bed. One of our favourite ways into town is the scenic walk alongside the River Arun, which takes around 20 minutes and brings you into the heart of Arundel. Instead, we offer seamless self check-in alongside a local hosting and service team who are always only a message or phone call away. The owners and local team are based close by should you need assistance. • Sefton Place is a collection of individual places to stay set within shared grounds. Depending on your booking, you may see other guests enjoying the orchard, gardens, yoga and stargazing deck, cycle store and other communal areas. Any terrace, courtyard, garden or outdoor area specifically described as private within your listing is exclusively for your use. • You will receive access to our award-winning digital guest guide. It includes practical information about your accommodation, helpful how-to guides and videos, local recommendations, suggested itineraries, hidden gems, experiences and exclusive guest offers. • Reeds at Sefton Place is separate from your accommodation booking. Our studio, function and retreat spaces are only available where separately arranged with us in advance. • Please let us know straight away if something is not quite right. This must be completed before check-in. • Smoking – Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the accommodation or any shared indoor spaces. • Peace and quiet – Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
