By Joe Chapman on 24-Jul-2026Our second stay here in 2 years. We absolutely love this place, a beautiful cottage which backs onto the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Carol and Trevor are such lovely, welcoming hosts. Local shops and businesses are very friendly and helpful.
Great place to stay

Sandend Cottage has everything you need or require. The cottage also has great views of the sea and surrounding area.
Stunning and relaxing place to stay
By Alana on 26-Jun-2026We are return visitors to sandend cottage, we hadn't been in many years so it was very nostalgic to be back as an adult. The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay, the views of the sea and easy access is amazing. Great communication from the hosts, and lovely personal touch leaving milk, eggs, bread, butter etc which is great whenever you first arrive and haven't got anything in yet. The cottage is clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Local shops aren't far away by car and other excursions and places to dine by recommendation from the hosts. We were able to bring our pet dog by arrangement.
