Lovely stay would recommend
By Guest on 02-Jul-2026We enjoyed a lovely stay for 3 nights at the old cart house. Everything was very clean and Kate popped in to see how everything was for us which was nice to meet her. Check in was easy and we also enjoyed the leisure facilities a lot with our little baby too having his first swim! Would definitely book again it's a beautiful spot and very peaceful too.

The most beautiful cottage
By Guest on 17-Apr-2026Loved our time in the cottage, cannot fault anything here, the swimming pool area is clean and well kept, the games room has enough to keep kids happy of all ages. Will definitely booking again .
Great short break
By Alex on 09-Jan-2026We had a lovely long weekend at the old cart house. Two kids under 4 and a dog plenty to occupy everyone / we hardly had enough time to make the most of the games room! The photos don’t do the wonderful pool justice! We hope to one again with friends and rent out the 3 cottages. Thanks for a great time
A great holiday
By Paul on 03-Oct-2025We recently stayed at Newhill Farm Cottages, in The Old Cart House, and had an excellent experience. I travelled with my girlfriend and my two nine-year-old twin boys. One of the real advantages was being able to holiday together as a family while also having our own separate cottages, which gave us both privacy and the chance to spend quality time together. The facilities on site are outstanding. The boys particularly enjoyed the games room and made full use of the tennis courts, while as a family we all loved the swimming pool. The hot tub was another highlight and provided the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The Old Cart House itself was very comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a very enjoyable stay. Our time at Newhill Farm Cottages exceeded expectations, so much so that we have already booked to return in September next year. We are all very much looking forward to our next visit.
