3 bedrooms. 4 beds. Bathroom. King-size, queen-sized and 2 singles. Bathroom has a full free-standing bath and a separate shower cubicle. Quite big and airy with large frosted glass window.

Private enclosed garden wrapping around 3 sides on the holiday-home with great views of the North-Wales coastline, Snowdonia, Harlech-Castle and Tremadog-Bay. Lovely sunsets. The garden is enclosed but the front gate should be kept closed to prevent dogs escaping. The front wall is 3 foot high. Dogs are nosy and good at getting out of anything, so long leads in the back garden are recommended.

Open plan lounge and dining area with football table, books and games, log burner and TV. Logs, kindling and lighters are available at the Morfa stores across the road at the bottom of the hill. 5 minutes walk....seconds in the car!

Conservatory is a sun-trap and leads onto the garden. Conservatory furniture is also for use outside. Please bring in if raining, at night if possible and at the end of your stay.

Galley kitchen is joined to the conservatory by a large archway so it is a nice space to chat and cook together. Large fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker and well equipped generally.

Garage and off-road parking: 1-2 cars. The garage can house a car: the A6 (long car) has been parked in the garage but it is tight so passengers should get out first. Then another car can be parked in front of the garage too. See photo below of holiday-cottage and parking (right).
