Made unforgettable memories...
By Martin on 02-Mar-2026We had an amazing time and made unforgettable memories with our family. There were 11 of us, so the size of the house was perfect—plenty of space for everyone without feeling on top of each other. The large dining table was ideal for us all to sit and eat together, and the spacious living area with the log fire created such a cosy atmosphere. We spent our evenings watching films, playing games, and enjoying real quality time together. It truly made the trip special. Sarah and Hilary were fantastic to deal with—great communication throughout. I also accidentally left my Fire Stick behind, and Hilary kindly posted it back to me, which was really appreciated. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!
Second stay here and perfect!
By Tony on 05-Sep-2025September 2025 As a group of friends this is our second stay here and it’s perfect, so full of charm and character, lots of space inside and out, open fire. A short walk into town and the sea, quick access to the stunning landscape around. Big recommendation for this house!!
We loved our time at Tymawr
By Polly on 01-Aug-2025We loved our time at Ty mawr, there lots of space to spend time together and yet have time to ourselves. It is a little dated but full of charm. Lots to do locally, we enjoyed the steam railway, different local beaches, the quirky cinema and exploring the town and surrounding area.
Our second stay...
By Jennie on 16-May-2025This was our second stay at Robins place and it was just as magical as the first time. The house is completely unique and the grounds and surroundings make it an incredibly special and beautiful place to stay. The hosts are so friendly, kind and accommodating. Our kids all had the best time running around the field, playing at the nearby beach and visiting the nearby fairy glen. We love the place so much and can’t wait to come back next year. Thankyou for another great holiday :)
A glorious weekend at Tymawr
By Ashling on 04-Apr-2025,· April 2025 Had a glorious weekend at Tymawr with a group of friends . We were extremely lucky with the weather and the house showed us its full glory at sunset when we all sat out together to enjoy the view . We loved this beautiful house and appreciated all its quirky period charms . Its Not for those who want all mod cons and bland modern statement interiors .. Stay away ! Please dont change anything. Its a house that clearly sits happily in a moment in time and draws you in to its history That said It functions so well for a large group .We managed a group yoga session by the fire and a swim in the sea and all in attendance loved every minute . Communication was very easy with Robin and we agreed we would very much like to return next year . Thankyou
A great time celebrating 80th birthday!
By Claire on 01-Mar-2025,· March 2025 We had a great time celebrating my dad’s 80th. Great house size for family get together. Loads of space and very comfortable. Easy access to beach and grateful to be able to extend our stay. Place could just do with a bit of deep clean and the birds were a real surprise.
