Out of the Blue has a spacious ground floor, ideal for family gatherings. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a wood burner for autumn-winter stays. Patio doors let in plenty of natural light and open onto the patio area with a table and chairs, a good spot for a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample work surfaces and a dining table and chairs. Two walls of patio doors open to the terrace, making an easy indoor/outdoor space for summer evenings. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor has four bedrooms: an en-suite master with a super-king bed and Juliet balcony, the en-suite has a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rail, and toilet. There's a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, sink, and toilet.
The self-contained annexe suits guests wanting privacy, or those who'd rather avoid stairs. It has an open-plan living and dining area for two, a galley-style kitchen, a king-size bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. French doors lead out to the lawned garden and patio.
Outside, there's a private lawned garden, patio, and raised deck for relaxing and dining al fresco, along with a hot tub for unwinding after a day at the beach. The patio areas extend from both the living room and kitchen, so it's easy to move between indoor and outdoor space. There's off-street parking for two cars, more if you don't mind blocking each other in.

Gecko Surfand Funsport provide lessons and gear, plus a kids’ beach club for extra fun.
