Sand Dollar sits in a great spot in Rhosneigr, with a private driveway.
Step into the hallway, with hooks by the door ready for coats and beach kit the moment you walk in. The dining area is warm and inviting, with seating for 10, the kind of room that pulls everyone together at the end of the day. The kitchen is a lovely space to cook together, and with the patio doors flung open onto the garden, you can watch the children or dogs play whilst you prepare the meals.
The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a handy second fridge, connecting through to a large family bathroom with a standalone bath and a big shower. The bedrooms are roomy throughout, the ensuite in one of the super-king rooms is a real treat, and the twin opens straight out to the garden, safely enclosed for children to play.
Upstairs, the first floor living room is built for relaxing together, with a flat-screen TV and a Juliette balcony. There is a king-size bedroom with its own ensuite, plus there's an additional small shower room for convenience. The second floor belongs entirely to the kids, with a spacious room fitted with three single beds.
Outside, the enclosed garden has plenty of lawn for children and pets to run around in, a patio dining area, a charcoal BBQ, a sheltered spot, and lockable storage, a proper sun trap for lazy afternoons. There's parking for three cars on the driveway, and a back gate leading straight through to the heart of the village, right opposite the well-known Sandy Mount House restaurant and Medra bar.

'Rhos' means "moor," though, the second part of its name is unclear. This vibrant coastal village offers award-winning beaches, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, perfect for family days and thrilling water sports like kite surfing, windsurfing, and paddleboarding. Gecko Surfand Funsport provide lessons and gear, plus a kids’ beach club for extra fun.
Stroll through boutique shops, surf stores, and cafés. Enjoy breakfast at Surf Café, lunch at Mojo’s, and fresh seafood at The Oyster Catcher.
