This luxury detached house is located in the centre of Morfa Nefyn; Fully refurbished in 2018 to an excellent standard, with the beach, Ty Coch pub, Cafe Porthdinllaen and PitStop general store, only a short walk away. 15 minutes walk towards Nefyn, is Cwrw Llyn, the excellent local brewery and cosy bar.*****************
In the house, there are 5 bedrooms in total, with 2 on the ground floor and 3 upstairs.
Great for multi-generational or separate families.
All beds are King Size or 3’ Twin beds. The mattresses are all Vi-Spring or Hypnos. Duvets are No-Mite Pure Down and pillows are Goose Down or Dunlopillo / Tempur.
There are 2 showers with toilets and wash basins on the ground floor, one of which is by the rear French doors accessing the garden, which is handy for wet/ muddy/ sandy feet or paws !!
Upstairs are a further 3 bedrooms, 1 Twin room and 2 Kingsized.
The Master bedroom has a large en-suite with bath and walk-in shower and the family bathroom also has separate walk-in shower and bath.
The large open plan kitchen and dining room with 10 seater oak dining table and upholstered seats, is fitted out with Miele appliances, wine cooler, Dekton stone worktop and a fully equipped kitchen with sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, Magi mix mini processor, slow cooker and De Longhi Lattissima coffee machine ( complimentary pods in welcome hamper along with wine selection and local cakes/biscuits.
The generous sitting room has a 55” Smart TV, games console with a selection of games, DVD player with a large library of discs.
10 seater Nubuck leather sofas, chairs and storage pouffe for dog blankets, provide ample seating with high quality throws and cushions.
The large wood burner is a welcoming focal point on wet or chilly evenings.
There are 2 DAB radios, and a portable TV which can be used in any bedroom as all have TV aerial points.
The French doors lead from the kitchen/ dining area out to the private, fully enclosed garden and patio area where there’s a large Buschbeck BBQ, quality John Lewis ‘Dante’ outdoor chairs and tables and a Summer house. A professional outdoor Cornilleau Ping Ping table with equipment is housed here along with the child/pet safety gate, BBQ equipment and coloured towels for use on the beach/ garden.
The coastal village of Morfa Nefyn, with its long sandy beach, is situated on the Lleyn Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) in North Wales.
The Golf Club in Morfa Nefyn, Nefyn & District Golf Club in Wales, renowned for its dramatic clifftop location.It features a unique 27-hole layout, including a famous "Point" section that juts out into the sea.The course is designed by James Braid and is highly rated among the top golf courses in the UK.
Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust along with the little beach village of Porthdinllaen, home to the renowned Ty Coch pub, listed in the Top 10 Beach Bars in THE WORLD
There are many excellent pubs and restaurants locally, and the village is only a short drive from the many other beautiful towns and villages on the Llyn, such as Abersoch, Criccieth and Porthmadog, Snowdonia and Portmeirion Italianate village and gardens. .
Beautiful beaches and coves abound in this area and water sports such as paddle boarding, surfing and water skiing are all easily accessible. There are leaflets and flyers at the house, all listing local excursions, visitor attractions and places of interest.

Excellent stay
By Robbie on 06-Sep-2026This house was amazing, it was spotless when we arrived and the welcome gift was lovely. The patio/ garden was fantastic and our 3 dogs had plenty of space to run around. Each of our family had their own bedroom for he first time ever and the four bathrooms were a bonus ( no waiting for the first time ever 🤣). Communication with the lovely owner was easy and the information she provided about the house and area was mind boggling. The area is beautiful and there were 2 beaches were within walking distance, both lovely. Less than a 10 minute walk is the local golf club and if you timed it right you would catch a lovely sunset from the car park. All in all would definitely recommend to a family/ group of friends of upto 10 people and would love to return in the future.
A family holiday with 5 adults, a 4 year old and a dog!
By Surriya on 24-Aug-2026The house was ideal and perfect for our needs. The living room lined with a huge settee was just a lovely space to relax in. It was all the extras that reflected that this is a family place - DVD's, Games, Jigsaws etc. A well equipped kitchen in which we made some tasty family meals. Comfortable beds, smart bath rooms, a clothes dryer and beach towels. Can't fault it. A short walk to the local community pub and friendly locals. Plus try out the local brewery Cwrw Llyn where we had an early evening beer a few times.
A perfect holiday
By Lindsay on 19-Aug-2026We are a family of 6 adults and 3 children who have just returned from the most wonderful holiday in Morfa Nefyn. This house is beyond words. It is immaculate, inside and out. The furnishings are the highest quality and the beds are so comfy. There is everything you need and lots of little extras too. Never have we stayed in such a beautiful house. Susanna has to be the nicest host ever. Nothing is too much trouble. The beach near by is lovely. We were all sad to leave but will be returning asap!!

The house was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly want. It is an ideal place to relax and explore the area. The owner could not have been more helpful; all communication was quick, friendly and informative, making the whole process very easy. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return. The Perfect Property

The comfotable beds and luxury linens to the special toileteries, we felt spoilt from the minute we walked through the door. It is clear Suzanna and Sean have an unbeliveable eye for detail. From welcome pack to more gadgets and creature comforts than We have at home. Our only regret is that we had to leavre to come home If you require a luxury home from home for a large group or family special occasion I urge you to rent Susanna's Haul a Gwytn - you will not be disappointed. The comunication and information on places to eat and things to visit is with out compare. Enjoy your time because we certainly did..
A beautiful holiday home

It was also extremely well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings, which made our stay easy and relaxing. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home.
