Description
The Coach House is surrounded by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, close to the River Cleddau, and only a 15 minute drive to the nearest beach (there are over 50 beaches in the county). The cottage is a multi award winning holiday home, a former farm building restored to provide luxury, dog friendly accommodation for up to 6 guests plus a baby, and is truly a home away from home. A selection of starter teas and coffees along with a guest Welcome Hamper featuring Welsh produce is ready to greet you on your arrival. Once you have booked your stay you will have access to our excellent TouchStay Digital Guidebook which will give you plenty of information about the cottage and the local area.LIVING ACCOMMODATION
The contemporary, superbly-equipped kitchen/diner provides seating for up to 6 (plus high chair if required) and will enable you to cook at your self-catering holiday cottage, or grab a takeaway after a heavy day being a tourist. The cottage is equipped with a charcoal BBQ and outside furniture for those who enjoy alfresco dining.
The living room has a state-of-the-art 4K 50” TV and surround-sound speakers with BluTooth; Sky (no Premium channels) and Netflix are provided, enabling you to catch up on your favourite TV programmes, watch a film or dive into a box set. Plentiful seating with cosy throws and cushions, plus a log burner (initial supply of logs, kindling and firelighters) for those really chilly nights make the living room a haven of relaxation.
For those who don’t want to watch TV, a selection of games will keep you amused and entertained.
Our four-legged guests will appreciate the provided dog bed and throws ensuring that they enjoy their relaxation too!
Guests who need to work whilst staying at the Coach House will find a desk with wired internet in the hall. Free wifi is available throughout the cottage.
DOGS
We welcome guests with dogs, all breeds and no limit on number of dogs (within reason - please check if you are not sure).
We make a small charge of £10 per dog per stay to a maximum charge of £30 regardless of the number of dogs.
We know that dogs are part of the family so they are allowed everywhere in the cottage; we supply throws for the sofas and, if your dogs sleep on the beds, we just ask you to bring your own bedlinen.
We provide a welcome bowl of water plus a doggy welcome basket containing treats, dog waste bags and some toys.
Outside you will find a hosepipe for washing off sand and mud, and a towel is provided in the basket of lounge throws.
BEDROOMS
All guests are provided with super comfortable beds, luxury linens and towels - slippers are supplied for adult guests.
The Coach House has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a large room with a King size bed, wardrobe, plenty of drawer space, a clock radio and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, chest of drawers and a hairdryer
Bedroom 3 has stacking single beds enabling the room to be set up as single, twin or king (twin or king beds are low level similar to a futon). The room has hanging space and a chest of drawers
BATHROOM
The bathroom is located on the first floor and has a bath with handheld shower attachment, separate shower cubicle with rainwater shower and handheld shower attachment, toilet, and sink. Bathroom linen is provided as are toilet rolls and emergency supplies.
OUTSIDE
The Coach House has a coastal style garden with shingle, a garden bench, table and benches with parasol for alfresco dining, flower borders and window boxes on the fences. The garden is gated providing safety for both children and dogs. There is also a shed housing extra logs, a BBQ (charcoal not supplied) and firepit.

Great place to stay
By Gareth from Huddersfiled on 05-Oct-2024From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble from Dympna & Bill, from a warm personal welcome through to a generous welcome pack including treats for the dogs. The Coach House was well prepared, presented and very well equipped with everything we could possibly wanted, all of which was to a high standard. Comfortable beds in good sized bedrooms, along with the very comfortable feel about the place made it a really enjoyable and relaxing stay (helped by some very good weather of course). It’s a great location from which to explore the coastal path and the many fantastic beaches, which our dogs really enjoyed. All in all, I hope future visitors enjoy their stay as much as we did on our two week stay, which passed in what seems like a flash.

We were greeted by Dympna & Bill who gave a little tour and explained how to use everything. The cottage itself was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay, including a hamper for the dogs and for the humans! The outdoor area was great for the dogs and very secure. The location is ideal as a base to travel to the numerous beaches and attractions nearby. This was my first stay here and it certainly won’t be my last!

We were particularly impressed with all the kitchen equipment as most holiday homes don't really have everything needed to cook a proper meal. The beds were comfortable and everything was cozy and well maintained.
A Perfect Stay
By Zoe on 27-Jun-2026I spent a lot of time at both cottages with Sleekstone holidays over winter 25/26 due to personal circumstances. I was instantly made to feel at home. Both cottages are exceptional and every thing has been thought of, the attention to detail is second to none, they have every utensil / accessory you could possibly need and more. The cottages are spotlessley clean and every effort has been made to ensure a comfortable stay. Although I didnt have a dog with me, they are well equipped to welcome your furry friends also. Both are in a great location in a lovely area of Neyland which has a great community feel. The vendors Dympna and Bill are great hosts, always making sure everything is ok and at the other end of the phone for any issues / queries. If I ever need accommodation in the area of south Pembrokeshire, I would 100% choose here again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Thank you so much! It was so clean, the layout and decoration was fabulous and had everything we needed and more!! Am booking to stay again in December this year

Ideally situated for us, 2 minutes from Neyland Marina where we launch our little boat. Lovely little enclosed garden for our dog. Dymphona and Bill are perfect hosts.
