Would certainly recommend
By Trevor Rae on 06-Aug-2026Clean and spacious modern accommodation with a very well equipped kitchen/dining area and good sized bedrooms. Plenty of indoor games are provided for any wet and windy days. Outside there's plenty of meadow space for a good old fashioned kick about. With interesting views across the estuary, in the opposite direction, the property is within easy walking distance of a large sandy beach. Has everything that you could want for a seaside holiday base. Would certainly recommend.

It’s a walkable 5 minutes from the beautiful Freshwater West, and only short drives to other lovely beaches in the area. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a stay at any time of the year. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. Trish provided us lots of information about the house and the local area, she was available and friendly. Providing additional updates throughout our stay. While dogs are allowed, the garden is only partially secure, something to be careful of but we didn’t find this too much of a problem. The rooms were bright and had enough space for us all. We stayed during a heatwave and the bedrooms stayed cool all day and night which was a great bonus! The house really is as remote as it looks and while the road can be busy first and last thing, the only neighbours you’ll hear from are the cows.

Spacious, very comfortable, airy and light, immaculately clean and extremely well equipped, especially appreciated by the cooks amongst us! It is just a short distance from the beach and very easy for venturing further afield. We had excellent communication with Trish and would have no hesitation in booking in future. An all-round winner

We really loved our stay
By Kate on 17-Sep-2025Great house - good sized bedrooms, lots of space, especially the kitchen which was very well equipped. Felt like a home from home. We love this area - was great to be so close to Freshwater West beach. We really loved our stay - whole family enjoyed it - my in-laws lived in Castlemartin for years, so this location has many happy memories. We really appreciated your excellent communication. The house itself was great - probably the best-equipped kitchen any of us has encountered (although we did eat out - Paternoster was amazing, and we always enjoy the Stackpole.) Great stay, I'm sure we'll be back!
Welsh Coastal Paradise
