Welcome to Al Qasr — Private Moorish-inspired luxury villa with infinity pool, panoramic mountain views, spectacular sunsets, outdoor kitchen and multiple terraces. Peaceful setting in Cortijo Cabrera, just 20 minutes from Mojácar beaches.Al Qasr Villa has been thoughtfully designed to offer both togetherness and privacy, making it ideal for families, couples and friends sharing a holiday.
The villa comfortably sleeps six guests across three individually styled bedrooms, each with its own character, outdoor space and bathroom facilities.
At the heart of the villa, the spacious living areas flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors. Large picture windows flood the rooms with natural light, while elegant arched French doors open onto terraces and gardens, creating a wonderful sense of space throughout the property.
The Amira Suite occupies a privileged position at the top of a sweeping staircase and features a Moroccan four-poster bed, domed ceiling, ensuite shower room and private balcony. The Samira Twin Room combines traditional hand painted Andalusian tiles, giving charm with comfortable accommodation and easy access to its dedicated bathroom. and private balcony. Set within the grounds, the Layali Suite offers additional privacy with its own entrance, ensuite shower room and secluded terrace.
Comfort is a priority throughout Al Qasr. Air conditioning, premium mattresses with 'Panda London' memory foam toppers, Egyptian cotton bedding, luxurious towels and fast Wi-Fi ensure a relaxing and effortless stay.
As day turns to evening, subtle lighting throughout the gardens, terraces and courtyard creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. All outdoor lighting is Wi-Fi enabled, allowing guests to tailor the ambience to suit the occasion. Whether enjoying dinner poolside, in our summer kitchen, sharing drinks on the sundowner balcony or simply relaxing beneath the stars in our open air chill out area. It's time to unwind and recharge.

A superb villa in magnificent surroundings

You could never tire of the panoramic views from the selection of terraces and seating areas: both indoors and outdoors. The infinity pool was well used given the increasingly hot temperatures during our June stay. Getting in the pool was easier than getting out........ We barbecued and we ate twice at the excellent Riad Cabrera restaurant, otherwise known as Fatima's. The keen birdwatchers amongst us had an especially fruitful time with over 90 species recorded during the week - many from the comfort of Al Qasr. We hope to return in the future!

Particular highlights for us included the spectacular view and sunsets, the choice of places outside to sit and chill on highly spec'd furniture, the tranquility of the courtyard and water feature, the beautifully appointed outdoor kitchen and of course, the pool. We could find no fault and will return one day.

The villa has absolutely everything you need, which made our stay so easy and relaxed. The beds are super comfortable (we all slept so well!), and the views are just stunning – the kind you never get tired of waking up to. We loved having breakfast on the terrace each morning and just soaking up the peace and quiet. It really felt like our own little slice of paradise. The villa is beautifully kept, really spacious, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into making it welcoming and comfortable. It honestly ticked every box for us – comfort, relaxation, and those breathtaking views. We came away with so many lovely memories, and we can’t wait to go back

By Karen on 11-Aug-2025For the past few years we have enjoyed All Inclusive holidays but now that our children are older, we decided to try a villa holiday - and we are so glad we did - we had the best time. The villa is amazing with fabulous views, loads of space inside and out and is furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The peace and quiet is just lovely - we enjoyed lazy days by the pool and spent evenings enjoying the starry skies. Mojacar village and beach are close-by, we also visited Almeria and Murcia. There is a busy bar in the local village and a well-stocked supermarket in the local town. Would recommend a holiday here 100% - you won't be disappointed. We didn't want to come home!

The tranquil location was a haven, and the villa itself was incredibly well-equipped and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool was a real highlight, with breathtaking views and a serene spot to soak up the sun. And the starry nights? Magical! We also loved discovering the fantastic local bar, Bar el Arco, just a short walk from the villa, serving up delicious food and drinks in a friendly atmosphere. A car is definitely recommended for exploring the local area, but the villa's location made it easy to balance relaxation with adventure. Overall, we'd highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway in Sierra Cabrera!

Mountainous, Moorish, Mediterranean
By Jan on 16-Sep-2024When you arrive at the top of the mountain track you will pass through an arch and so approach the villa entering into the courtyard. The villa itself is lovely, very spacious and has many different outdoor seating options. The al fresco and outdoor kitchen/bbq area subtly lit by outside lanterns created a great ambience for evening dining. The infinity pool was perfect, well maintained and a delightful area for chilling and relaxing. We also loved the architectural style of Arabic/Moroccan of this villa. However, it was the fabulous views and amazing sunsets which made this villa special. It is also worth mentioning that within easy walking distance is the delightful Arch Bar and the wonderful Riad Cabrera (Fatima's) restaurant.
