Description
As you reach this barn along the lane you cross Keld Syke, a tributary of the River Eden from which it takes its name. The barn is spacious and modern with large oak beams and stone flagged floors. It provides an up lifting space in which to relax, party and enjoy your holiday.Keld Barn sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms which are split between the ground floor and first floor. All have en-suite shower rooms and there is a large family bathroom with an extra large shower and bath. On a practical level one bedroom has a super king bed, one a king sized bed and two bedrooms have zip-linked beds allowing the flexibility to create 2 twin rooms when required; ideal for family and friends, or large groups.

Keld Barn has its own designated garden with outside seating, a charcoal BBQ, and a 5 seater hot tub, where you can enjoy the beautiful views that the Eden Valley has to offer. Or if you wish to have a sun-downer why not enjoy our fire pit,(shared with Brockram Barn). At the front of the barns, it provides an excellent opportunity to watch the sun set behind our secluded valley and keep warm whilst the stars appear in our dark skies.
There is ample parking to be shared with the adjoining Brockram Barn.
Accessibility
There are 2 Ground Floor rooms with no steps to access, however there is a step down into the living room/ kitchen and a step down into the garden through the bi-fold doors

Great sized bedrooms and hot tub great with the kids
By Amy on 07-Jul-2026Just back from a week in Keld Barn as a family of 8 - 6 adults, 2 children. 4 great size bedrooms, each with onsuite and large living room and kitchen meant we had plenty of space. Hot tub was a hit with the kids and a big garden meant they could be outdoors all day. The barn is in a peaceful location and we will definitely be returning. Harriet is a great host.

By Emma on 01-Aug-2026Beautiful barn in gorgeous quiet location. Stunning inside and lovely to come back to at the end of the day. Appreciated the items of food/drink provided on arrival and fresh flowers. Great location for exploring the Lakes, Dales and north Pennines. Excellent communication
Wonderful Stay
By Emily on 10-Sep-2026We had a wonderful stay. Harriet was a very friendly, responsive and helpful host. The property had everything we needed and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils etc. There was more than enough space for our group and all of the bedrooms being ensuite was a very helpful bonus for us. We loved the hot tub - plenty of room for us all. The property is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and farm animals. It was so peaceful. We'd definitely come back!

The barn had the wow factor
By Keren on 28-Dec-2022The barn had the wow factor beautiful and spacious all ensuite bedrooms ,a fantastic kitchen ,a log fire in the living room which kept us all warm and cosy in the evenings.Plenty of games for all ages .The hot tub was brilliant and well kept .The surrounding countryside was so peaceful and beautiful We had the best Christmas and would definitely go back
stunning barn
By Roma on 01-May-2024Harriet is so welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in her stunning barns. Everything is finished to a very high spec and the spacious bedrooms and en-suites are wonderful. The farm and countryside setting is beautiful. We were sorry to leave!
