9 Marshside, BrancasterIn the heart North Norfolk is Brancaster a small quiet village by the sea where you will fine 9 Marshside a newly refurbished property of the highest quality.
Within walking distance of the superb beach and salt marshes and of course the links golf course which is in the top 10 in the country you can't ask for a more peaceful place to rest and spend time with the family and the dogs of course.
50 yards up the road is the park with a tennis court, table tennis table and French Boules court. There is also a playground for younger children and the local shop. The local pub is The Ship which is 5 minutes walk from the house and serves superb food and drink.
RSPB Titchwell is the next village along for birders and watch the seals from a boat at Morston. Sheringham, Cromer and Wells next the sea are not far away for a wonderful coastal experience.
Downstairs you have the Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, Dining room, Conservatory and back garden. Upstairs are 1 King, 1 Double and 1 Bunkbed bedrooms and a toilet.
We have a gas BBQ and outside seating with additional garden and parking across the road that is all dog secure. There are board games and book in the living room and tennis and table tennis rackets and paddles as well.
