Sanderling is a spacious and well equipped holiday home, very close to Sandringham and just a short drive to the coast. The cottage is made of the traditional carstone, know locally as Honeystone as it glows in the sun. Sanderling sleeps 6 comfortably in three bedrooms.
The property is well furnished with a good sized open plan sitting room/dining area with comfortable sofas and a dining table for six. The bathroom is stylish with bath and shower over. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, if you want to cook. To the rear is a very useful utility room with washing machine.
Sanderling is an excellent choice of holiday home for families, or groups of friends. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and one with bunk beds. There is also a WC on this floor.
Outside there is plenty of parking and a super enclosed garden, mainly to lawn with a patio area. Your dog is very welcome at Sanderling. The house is opposite the village playing field another plus if you have children!
Location: Ingoldisthorpe (pronouced In-gulls-thorpe) is a small village close to Sandringham and about a 10 minute drive to the coast. Nearby Dersingham, about a mile and a half down the road has all amenities needed, including a supermarket, garden centre, takeaways and a post office. Sandringham is a must see, the country home of HM King Charles and a great day out. RSPB Snettisham is just a few minutes’ drive away and Hunstanton about a 15 minute drive. There are lots of lovely walks nearby including the Park Farm estate and of course the coast. Ingoldisthorpe is a perfect base for holidays as you are not far from anywhere!
