Kingfisher Lodge is a pet friendly lodge with free fishing available overlooking the beautiful River Avon just one mile from the centre of Stratford upon Avon.With stunning views this beautiful lodge sleeps four people in a king-size double ensuite and a twin room with a luxury family shower room.
Relax in the lounge with leather reclining sofas and dine in comfort looking out on to the Millennium Bridge over the River Avon and the river flowing by.
Chill on the furnished decking with coffee or a glass of wine and admire the swans, ducks and energetic rowers as they pass by.
We welcome children and pets and within a short drive there are so many great places to visit - family friendly, pet friendly, friends friendly!
A great way to get into Stratford upon Avon April - October is the river taxi which cruises from Avon Park into the heart of Stratford upon Avon just a 15min cruise along the river.
Cosy bedding, comfy beds, peace and quiet are all on offer.
Kingfisher Lodge is on the beautifully landscaped Avon Park There is a children's playground, crazy golf, landing stage for the river taxi, the Riverside Venue and the launch site for stand up paddle boarding.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering break with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery and everything you could need for easy dining.
Or forget the cooking and stroll to the Riverside Venue just across the bridge on Avon Park or into the village of Tiddington for a choice of restaurants and a great pub.
All towels, linen and toiletries are included so you can just bring yourselves, a few things, some food and start a great holiday.
Just one of the joys of this secret getaway in the UK is the South facing decking. Dine al fresco while watching the world go by. Relax with a book and a coffee or glass of something stronger.
As well as a host of attractions and places to visit near Stratford upon Avon the lodge is ideally situated in the Heart of England within easy reach of the Cotswolds, Cadbury World, Warwick Castle, Go Ape, Birdworld and a host of National Trust properties. Plenty for the whole family to enjoy.

The riverfront view was beautiful

Beautiful, peaceful property

On site pub just what you need and whole experience was relaxing and pleasurable. All communication was answered promptly and instructions were clear and accurate. Highly recommend this place and the owner.

Pam was an outstanding host! She even phoned prior to us leaving just ensure we had all the relevant info for our stay!! Kingfisher lodge has high quality furnishings, but with lovely homely touch!
