Comfortable and modern, it is well equipped with grounds comprising extensive terracing, south-facing sitting-out areas, and exclusive use of an all-weather hard tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming-pool, as well as a variety of garden games – full-size pool table, 14ft trampoline, climbing frame swings slides, table tennis, and croquet.
Perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds and its many delights, it is within easy reach of Stratford-upon-Avon. A town brimming with half-timbered buildings, there are many interesting sights associated with Shakespeare to be seen; the Holy Trinity Church, and the Bard’s last resting place, Guild Chapel, Hall’s Croft and New Place all make for interesting visits, as does Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the adjoining Swan Theatre.
New Inn House is also ideal for visiting Cheltenham, cotswolds and the Gustav Holst Museum, Evesham – reputedly Lady Godiva’s site of burial, and Tewkesbury.

Fantastic holiday!
By Amy on 26-Jun-2026We had the most wonderful week at New Inn House. We had great weather so enjoyed the luxury of the heated pool and beautiful surroundings. The amenities inside and outside the house were fantastic for a family - we didn't need to leave for anything except food and there were lovely farmshops near by for that. The house itself is so spacious and lovely - exceptionally clean throughout. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we all loved it.

The self-catering accommodation had everything we needed, plus extras like the pool table and tennis courts which made it even more enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful — and we especially loved the friendly lawn mower casually strolling around like he owns the place! Such a relaxing, quirky and welcoming stay. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.
Not wheelchair accessible
By Sara on 27-Jun-2025Very disappointed yhat we have not received a response to our emails regarding our stay in June this year. This property quite clearly states it is wheelchair accessible yet it is not. My disabled Mother was unable to have a shower during our stay and moving around was somewhat difficult causing her to fall over twice. The second fall resulted in us leaving 2 days early. When booking I asked you to confirm that the ground floor bedroom and bathroom were suitable for someone with limited ability. You confirmed that they were. The doorway maybe be wide enough for a wheelchair but what about the big step! Both at the front of the house and to the garden. No ramps provided. Other issues like the wasps nest in the garden directly above the outside eating area. I believe there had been a review left by guest 9 months prior reporting the wasps. The cctv over the swimming pool! No security deposit returned. Just nothing.
