Set in a conservation area, Wheel Row is a large detached property (originally 5 individual cottages) ideal for several families. The property is made up of two cottages which have a secret, interconnecting door to form one large house. The property has two kitchens, five bedrooms (three en suite) a fourth bathroom, one cloak room, a large dining room, two living rooms and two utility rooms. There are 3 private gardens surrounding the property, together with a listed donkey shed!!
The property is situated in the village of Kingston, close to the Erme estuary and the South West coast path. The village has an excellent pub within 5 minute walk of the cottage and a well equipped play area for children, including a zip wire and football field. The local beaches, ( three within walking distance of the cottage) are dog friendly all year round.
With the exception of short breaks, the property is a FRIDAY changeover.

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous cottage.

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous cottage. All the 8 of us were very well accommodated. A lovely Devon welcome pack was waiting together with much needed milk for tea and essentials so that we didn''t have to rush off to the shops to get the tea! Bedrooms and bathrooms were ample and very comfortable. Lounge was comfortable and all needs were catered for in the cottage which actually was two cottages adjacent with little gardens. The roads around are very difficult to navigate but the walks to the beaches are awesome so well worth not being where all the tourists are! The village has a good size playground. Liz catered so well for us and answered all our queries immediately prior and during our stay.

We stayed in the 2 adjoining cottages as a family of 10. The cottages are incredibly pretty, comfortable and cosy. The gardens are gorgeous and peaceful and perfect for sitting in the sun with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Jerry and Liz were very friendly and helpful. Nicely located for several beaches. Oyster Shack nearby was a favourite place to eat. Couldn’t ask for more. We hope to return one day!
