The Villa dos Piscos (Villa of the Goldfinches) is a privately owned luxurious frontline seaside freestanding villa.

A cliff top villa near the small fishing village Praia do Carvoeiro in the Portuguese province Algarve.

Six double private bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

Kitchen extremely well equipped.

Several sitting and dining areas on different terraces(4x) around the villa.

A separated games and tv room adjacent to the living room.

In the cave, a table tennis, table football game and several other games plus a fitness area ( only for 12years and above ).

A LARGE INDOOR AREA FOR YOGA LESSONS, PLUS A GYMNASIUM WITH SEVERAL EXCERCISE MACHINES IN THE BASEMENT.

Wheelchair accessible bedroom and bathroom.

Electrical entrance gates.

The ocean side of the house features 3 large terraces directly overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged Atlantic coast.

The surrounding beautiful fenced garden stretches out until 50 meters from the sea.

A small gate will give direct acces to cliff tops.

Due to an overflow system, the sea view from the large ( 13 x 6 m ) swimming pool is uninterrupted.
On the main terrace you will find a gas and a charcoal barbecue.

Pool can be heated ( solar panels) in off season (upon request € 200 per week).

A separate bathroom and hot and cold shower near pool.

A second large fridge for drinks can be found in the washing area.

Ample parking on the property. (3 cars)
5 Car parking in front of villa.

Severall small coved beaches within vicinity.( 5-10 min walk)
