Gite de Tilleul is a traditional farmhouse which sleeps a maximum of 8, adjoining the owners property who are available should you need any help or advice.
There are three double and one twin bedroom, plus cot / infant bed as follows:
Ground floor double en suite - suitable for all or anyone with reduced mobility
First floor double en suite with king size bed - served by its own staircase.
First floor double and twin - served by second staircase and a ground floor family shower room.
Each bedroom has a fan and each bathroom a hairdryer. There is an iron and ironing board
The lounge is spacious with seating for 8 and UK freeview TV.
WiFi access is included.
The kitchen/dining room is fully fitted with electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A highchair is available.
There is a gas barbecue directly outside with table, seating and parasol. Dining facilities are also available on a covered deck in the garden. Sun loungers are provided.
There is an above ground pool, with covered deck to side and onsite laundry facilities available.
Parking is directly outside the property.
There are a number of surrounding villages with bars, some providing live music and restaurants, around 10 - 20 minutes drive,
The nearby market town of Civray holds twice weekly markets with fresh produce and there are local bakeries, delicatessens and supermarkets within 10-15 minutes drive.
Local attractions include La Vallee des Singes and Parc de la Belle.
The property is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets.
Towels and linen are included and changed weekly.
Changeover day is Saturday.
