Mas Mañanas is located within a small and quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Javea. The villa is set in a large private garden with a private swimming pool and is just a short drive from the beach, local restaurants, shops and other amenities.
Each of the two bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a modern remote controlled ceiling fan. There is ample wardrobe and drawer storage space.
One of the two bathrooms has a bath with a shower over, and the other is fitted with a walk-in shower cubicle.
The living room has a TV with both local channels and a satellite decoder to receive UK TV and radio channels. For those with Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming service accounts on their mobiles, a Chromecast is provided to allow streaming direct to the TV. There is also a DVD and video tape player.
Outside, the garden features a wealth of local plants and trees. There is a poolside shower, several terraces and a gas fired Bar B Que hotplate.
Ample parking space is available on site for at least two cars but please note, electric cars cannot be charged at the property.
The rental price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen, bathroom towels and Wi-Fi. Please note, due to the location, the available speed of the Wi-Fi may not be suitable for high-intensity use although is adequate for general use and for streaming videos. A returnable security deposit is required to secure all rentals.
The villa has been rented out each summer for the past 17 years through another website but when that closed we moved to Simply Owners and this is our first year with this company. Our reviews all come from the previous company but as we were unable to did not rent out during the Covid period, and most of our clients are repeats, we do not have any more recent reviews.
So is this property going to be suitable for you?
Being in a quiet residential area the villa is not for people wanting to party or be noisy, but is more for those seeking peace and tranquillity.
The maximum number of people allowed to stay in the property is four and smoking is not permitted anywhere within the villa.
Pets can sometimes be accommodated following discussion with the owners and such rentals will be subject to an enhanced deposit to cover possible damage and cleaning.
Payment.
1) After receipt of a deposit the booking will be reserved with full payment due 4 weeks before arrival.
2) Payment of both rental and deposit to be by direct bank transfer.
3) Late cancellation may result in the loss of part or all of the deposit.
4) The deposit will be returned by bank transfer after you leave subject to satisfactory inspection of the property.
