How do I gain access to the property?

I've booked a property I found on Simply Owners, where is it?

Each property page has a map attached for your convenience, but the owner should send you detailed instructions, with address details. They will likely send this 24 hours before travel to avoid guests taking advantage and checking in early. 

How do I get in to a property I have booked that I found on Simply Owners?

The owner will be send you access information...

There may be a key safe, they will send you instructions and the number to access this

They may be meeting you on site, please inform them of your expected time of arrival if this is the case. 

I'm on site at the property and can not gain access, what do I do?

Please call the owner immediately to discuss access arrangements. Their phone number will be on their advert.
