Make sure there aren't any exclusions for travel agents or third-party booking agents. 

Reclaiming Funds via Your Bank

If your travel insurance does not cover the administration of a booking agent, your bank or credit card provider is often the most reliable route for securing a refund. You should contact them immediately to discuss your options.

Section 75 Protection for Credit Card payments
If you paid any part of your Lanz Luxury Villas booking using a credit card and the total cost of the accommodation was above £100, you are likely protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.  This UK law holds your credit card provider jointly liable if a company goes out of business before delivering the service.
