PASC UK Professional Association of self caters UK
The Professional Association of Self-Caterers (PASC UK) supports the self-catering, short-term lets and holiday lets sector in England and Wales. PASC UK is the largest sector trade association with 2500+ Members, of which 170+ are agency Members, representing over 230 online brands. PASC UK provides businesses in this key sector of the tourism economy with briefings, papers and webinars on all issues affecting the sector and is a key conduit to Government on legislation, policy and regulatory issues. We pass this information on to our owners, to help them understand the legalities of renting out a holiday property in the UK.
ASSC Association of Scottish Self-Caterers
ASSC is dedicated to protecting and promoting Scotland’s self-catering sector. They represent thousands of businesses, from single-property owners to large complexes and agencies, and have led the sector for over 45 years. The ASSC advocate for fair regulation, provide expert guidance, and ensure hosts stay informed, compliant, and competitive. They are a voice in government and a source of trusted advice. We partner with them, as the laws in Scotland are sometimes very different to those in England and it enables us to pass this information on to our owners, to help them understand the legalities of renting out a holiday property in Scotland.
ISCF - Irish Self-Catering Foundation
The ISCF is the sole representative and lobbying body for owners of self-catering properties in Ireland recognised as such by consultative bodies, local & central government and every leading tourism group. Their aim is to promote and defend the interests of self-catering property owners giving voice to issues affecting our sector. They aim to increase national and international consumer awareness of the range and value of Irish self-catering sector throughout Ireland while pushing for equal representation & exposure for self-catering within the tourism industry.
