Can I list multiple properties on Simply Owners?
Yes, but we reserve the right to restrict the number of properties an owner has in a particular area in order to be fair to all our customers.
Are there discounts for listing multiple properties on Simply Owners?
We offer discounted rates for multiple properties. Your second property on Simply Owners is 20% off (£238.80) and subsequent properties are 40% off (£178.80).
