You can now sync your Hostify account to Simply Owners.

Hostify is an all-in-one solution, helping rental owners and property managers to automate processes and integrate data across multiple channels. Simply Owners can now integrate properties you have on your Hostify account simply and easily.

How do I sync my Hostify account with Simply Owners

This process is really easy and simple:

  1. Let Simply Owners know that you'd like to join.
  2. We’ll send you an email to add your Hostify API key
  3. The properties would sync across and you’d be able to see a rough draft of what they’d look like on our site
  4. Then we’d ask for personal ID from yourself and a document such as a utility bill to show that you own the rental properties.
  5. If you then decide that you’d like to list with us we’d charge you an introductory fee of £99+vat per property* (usually £298.80) all you’d need to do is let us know you’d like to go ahead. (*offer valid until 1/10/2026)

Why should I join Simply Owners?

Simply Owners works differently to many other advertising websites in the sector.

We don’t charge any commission on your bookings, as the guest books directly with you and they don’t pay any booking fees via Simply Owners.
