We’ve introduced the Best Price Guarantee to help your property stand out .

In a competitive market, holidaymakers are always comparing prices. Best Price Guarantee instantly tells them that booking your property is the smart financial choice.

By enabling this feature, you confirm that your property isn't listed cheaper on any other platform.

  • Same price as your own site? Yes! That counts.
  • Listed on OTAs? No problem. Since other sites often add booking fees that we don’t, your "total price" on Simply Owners is naturally lower.

We highly recommend enabling Best Price Guarantee if you are able.  It creates a "trust signal" for holidaymakers, removing the need for them to shop around.

It’s a simple toggle that maximizes the appeal of your listing to savvy guests looking for the best deal.
