The alps has excellent hiking trails and cycling routes attracting thousands of holidaymakers. Zermatt is especially well known for its cycling trails where you can take in the stunning scenery. Its Verbier however if you want the nightlife. Verbier is situated in the canton of the Valais on the south western side of the Alps bordered by Italy to the south and France to the west.
